Re-Grand Opening

Buds Bloomer in St. Clairsville, along with the St. Clairsville Area Chamber of Commerce, will be holding a ribbon cutting and re-grand opening to celebrate their new ownership.  The ribbon cutting will take place Wednesday October 28 starting at 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
