Belmont County Safety Council Meeting - May
The eleventh meeting of the FY15 Safety Council Program will be held on Thursday, May 7th from 12:00 Noon to 1 P.M. at the St. Clairsville Rec Center. The cost of the lunch is $15.00 with advanced reservations or $17.00 at the door. We ask that you make a reservation to ensure that we have adequate seating and food for all of our attendees and speakers.

Employers Favor Wellness Programs: But, Beware of the Fine Print
 
Wellness programs are a popular option to offer employees. Even the Affordable Care Act encourages group plan sponsors to offer incentives to participants who adhere to certain wellness program criteria. The EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission), however, recently released their proposed regulations governing employer-provided wellness programs to help employers to comply with the law – like most of their rules, there are legal pitfalls in the fine print.
