Belmont County Safety Council Luncheon September 2018
The Third meeting of the FY19 Safety Council Program year will be held on Thursday, September 6th from 12:00 Noon to 1 P.M. at the St. Clairsville Recreation Center.

Speaker: Todd Fullerton, American Heart Association Training Center Coordinator for Ohio Valley Medical Center and East Ohio Regional Hospitals.
Todd is a registered nurse and has been a trauma coordinator and a legal nurse consultant. Previously, he has worked for Urgent care, in the Emergency Room, and Critical Care unit.
Todd has previously been the athletic trainer for high school, college and professional teams. He as also served as medical consultant for the OVAC.
**Spotlight Speaker: Steve Helton, C.P.R. of Southeastern Ohio LLC.
